I pray that all who suffered loss on that day are comforted by the grace and mercy of our Lord.  I pray for our leaders both in government and military for guidance and wisdom and that they would seek the Lord in all they do.  I pray for our citizens that the Holy Spirit would move in their hearts and our nation would turn back to His saving grace.  I pray that those we still fight today might come to know the Lord in salvation before it is too late.  I pray that all who have and still are serving for strength for all they endure to serve this country and I pray also for their families.  May we all remember this day that the Lord is our light and salvation and that one day all the suffering, trials, and heartaches of this life will be gone and we will be with Him, Jesus, our Savior and Lord.

"And I heard a loud voice from the throne, saying, "Behold, the tabernacle of God is among men, and He shall dwell among them, and they shall be His people, and God Himself shall be among them, and He shall wipe away every tear from their eyes; and there shall no longer be any death; there shall no longer be any mourning, or crying, or pain; the first things have passed away.  And He who sits on the throne said, "Behold, I am making all things new."  And He said, "Write, for these words are faithful and true."

You may be assuming too much Elad in saying this is something we "probably don't want to hear"...hence the things I listed I was praying for the people of our country.  I agree, many people do not want to hear this, but it is something most here already know, that if this country does not turn back to God, it is inviting His judgment.

I may be a patriot, but, I am one of God's children first and foremost.

Also we should not forgot the gift of grace in Christ. God's judgment is hold back until time is up. Let us not forgot that Bible book say God send rain to good and bad people. There was a good people suffered during 9/11. Let us not discount this event to God's wrath nor God's judgment. It is same thing for Katrina hurriance, Earthquake of Haiti, Great Trusami of Sri Lanka, and many more. Rather than stand up and say hoory, we should pray fervently for the lost. Bible book also say God is NOT WILLING for anyone to perish but for each one to be saved. Know God personally, you will have the love that you never had one before. Trust me on this one.

Happy birthday to me...

I agree that America has definatly turned away from God, and that is something that we need to change.  I also agree that God never wants anyone to perish, but to save them from their sins so we may all rejoice in HIS presence when our time on this earth is done.

I pray for all who were affected by this horrible event.  But I dont think that God's judgement is here yet.  We are in the process of a study in Revelations at my church, and I firmly believe that we are in for far worse events in the many years to come.  It is a tough time we live in, but may we always be the light to others, to show them the way to everlasting life through Jesus!
