well its that time of year and 3 DAYS AWAY!!!!!!!! were are doing Egypt: Joesph's journey from prison to palace.  and our Church Bus Ministry leader has build a huge pyramid with hieroglyphics and black lights and me and my brother are doing the Audio and Video in the back to get the kids going and warm them up for the sessions ahead of them ill try to take pics and update when i can. Our Youth Pastor thinks about 70-80 kids per day this year which will be down from 100-135 kids last year..... so heres hoping for the best!!!

DAY 1 - 60 kids and open way to many cans of spaghetti o's LOL

Day 2 - PB&J no messes everything went smooth until 1 of the kids would stop talking when the Leader Dave Ash was speaking. there was 75 kids tonight!!!!! thats 15 more than yesterday!!!

DAY 3 in Egypt and we had 72 kids.... and a hot dog dinner..... today the kids learned the God gives us Wisdom

Day 4 was an very good night..... say for the end..... well we had 78 KIDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and 28 of them gave their hearts to the Lord!!!! PRAISE THE LORD!!!!!!!!!!!! it was also pizza night and i had 6 slices ( oink oink) just after we got gone praying our Bus ministry Leader came up to our youth pastor and told him that there was a tornado warning issued but the part of the strom was about 15-30 mins away.....there was a lot of rain and lightning and by the time i got home there was a actual tornado touchdown just north of the road that runs into our town still about 10 mins away....but as the storm got closer it weakened....

as of right now 10pm EDT there are 3 alerts for my county......TORNADO WATCH Until 12am FRI, HEAT ADVISORY until 8 pm FRI, AND FLOOD ADVISORY...until 12:30 am Friday

Day 5 - God gives us a Family. we had 67 kids last night and it was prize night....but could have been the severe weather threat that kept a few kids away...but it didnt rain until after VBS was done so....all 67 kids got at least 1 prize and 4 or 5 got 2 prizes we had bouncy house play area in our gym and the kids LOVED it i wish i could post some pics but i have to find some without kids in it....i know theres a few of me so ill get those up on FB when i can

wow, i miss vbs... I work A/V at my church and did so for VBS 5 years in a row, untill we stopped thosting it in favor of a program called backyard bible clubs...
